French onion soup topped with croutons and melted cheese

Chilled stilton mousse on pear, date and walnut salad
 
Duck pork and orange terrine served with Cumberland sauce and toast
 
Crab and vegetable tart served on mixed leaves with tomato and saffron dressing
 
Smoked Scotch salmon and celeriac salad
 
Melon, pink grapefruit and grape salad served with bitter orange sorbet
 
Main courses served with seasonal vegetables
 
8Oz Rump steak Cooked to your liking black pepper sauce and French fries
 
Mixed sea food bouillabaisse style with steamed potatoes (salmon, kings prawns, monk fish and mussels)
 
Pan fried turkey escalope wrapped with Bayonne ham and sage leaves dressed on gratin potatoes and mulled wine jus
 
Braised rump of lamb bourguignon (red wine sauce with button mushrooms, lardons and baby onions) dressed on parsnip mash 
 
Wild mushrooms, asparagus and sun blush tomatoes flambé with brandy finished with cream and fresh tarragon served in a puff pastry case

Christmas bread and butter pudding with brandy ice cream
 
Cranberry and almond tart served warm with vanilla crème fraiche
 
Dark chocolate and amaretto cheese cake served with apricot coulis
 
Orange crème brulée with a brandy snap curl and fresh strawberries

Complete the Booking form and forward it
To the manager (with the appropriate deposit)
 
A deposit of £10.00 per person is required
 
If deposit is not received by October 31st
The management reserves the right to cancel
Any provisional bookings
 
(We regret that deposits are not refundable)

And are accepted with a valid banker’s card
